The Body Stress Release Practitioner Course.

The Body Stress Release Academy provides a five month, full-time course, May to September, which includes a three week apprenticeship. Classes are held on week days in the mornings, and on two afternoons, which allows students time for study, extra practice and leisure activities.

The curriculum covers anatomy, principles and philosophy of BSR, the BSR technique, theory and practical, communication, client management and the BSR Association constitution.

The class size is limited, so that a great deal of personal attention is given to each student. On successful completion of the course, the student receives the BSR practitioner certificate.
