To whom it may concern
My name is Jarred Isaacman I am 23 years old. I have been a sufferer of serious back pain since I was really young. I have played a lot of rugby and was even considering going pro, because I love the game it was hard to give it up but I had to make a decision that would help my body survive until I was a little older so I gave up. Not only playing rugby but I have always been into doing crazy things and all of these have taken a serious toll on my body but especially my back.
I have been going to phisio’s and chiropractors, as I thought these were your only options to cure the back pain I was experiencing. I would see my chiropractor once a week, he gave me orthotics and treated me for a while and I must be perfectly honest I felt really good after a session however, if I stopped going for a few weeks my back would sometimes be in so much pain that I could not walk, and would have to go back so he could relieve the pain.
Earlier this year my girlfriends mother told me about this friend that she bumped into who said that he experienced serious back pain as well but had undergone this treatment called “BODY STRESS RELEASE” and said that this was the most amazing thing and that he hardly ever has pain anymore and that his daughter Stacey Georgeu had just finished studying it. So my girlfriends’ mother said why don’t I give “body stress release” a go to stop my constant back pain.
So I went to see Stacey, I was one of her first clients at the time. At first I thought to myself this is too soft to be making any impact and she said to me that the stresses in your muscles are built up in layers and layers that need to be released slowly. Any way after the first 2 sessions I felt no impact on my body whatsoever and then at the third session she said to me that my back would be really sore after this session as it normally has that effect after the third session. True to her words I was in real pain and then the next time I went to her this pain was gone and I thought to my self this must have some effect because what Stacey said would happen did.
I have been seeing Stacey for about 6 months now and I have noticed a dramatic change in the pain that I have. It is much less constant, it has its ups and downs sometimes it will go for 2 weeks with no pain sometime I would go 3 or 4 days in agony but its all for a good cause I believe.
Unfortunately my girlfriends and I have decided to go traveling for a year which means that I will have to stop seeing Stacey for that time but if my back gets too painful over my travels I will get contacts from Stacey where ever I am in the world to find out where the closest “Body stress release” practitioner is.
To sum up what I think BSR is, it is the releasing of layers of stress that you have stored in your muscles that need to be “RELEASED” layer by layer. I can see how this works for example when I used to go to the masseuses who did deep tissue massages I would be so tense the whole time that my body didn’t want to release the stress, but with “Body stress release” it is really gentle and “De-stresses” the layers of muscles. BSR has made my posture much straighter and I feel much better generally. I cant wait to see Stacey more regularly upon my return to Sydney
